- Confidence monitor with speaker-timer overlay
- Osee GoStream video switcher with ISO recording
Sized for breakouts and small meeting rooms, about 40–80 people. Extra speakers, subs, or a larger screen quoted. Orlando and Tampa included. Travel outside those markets quoted.
AV companies: labor-only rates above. Independent clients usually book turnkey. Travel outside Orlando and Tampa quoted separately.
Payment: invoiced. AV companies NET 15. Direct clients deposit to hold the date.
